Shingen

Happy thats how i've been feeling for the last few days, just because i sent my teenage dream route in Freyr Shingen 8b/+. This used to be the hardest route in Belgium when i first put on my climbing boots. In fact its not that great looking, across the Atlantic they would call the northface of the merinos a "chosspile". But for me its just awesome! It was a bit hot for fontainebleau and we decided to go to freyr for some routes and shingen had been on my wishlist since i started climbing. Its short! very short, to be exact its a 15 move resistance problem (7c+/8a boulder) with 8 moves of run out.
To bad i have no film footage of the send as typically the camera battery ran dry one try to early. This is footage from the try before i did it when i fall in the 6b section in the end because i was a bit to excited for the send. Thanks to : Nat for the magic belay, Stanley's rope, the guy who forgot his harness in font, for ....'s quickdraws, for eisbar's patience, Evolv for the shoes, Ben moon for the pants.
